Good Morning Gillian,
I hope this email finds you well. It took me a few days to gather my thoughts before I could write this email. I was completely BLOWN away by the impeccable service you and your team provided to me and all of our family. From the moment we arrived at the hotel until the time we left, EVERYONE made us ALL feel SO SPECIAL!!! The team knew who we all were and Jermane and I felt like a king and queen everywhere we stepped foot in the hotel. I absolutely LOVE YOU and the team for that. You all made me feel so loved and so special. Gillian you truly are THE BEST! You exceeded my expectations! You are so warm, kind and loving and made the whole atmosphere that way.
I want to personally thank Mohammad, as he took it upon himself to go the extra mile for us. He treated Jermane and I like we were family and he was planning our wedding. Lol! I stepped outside to view the room at one point when he was talking to Yolundra ( wedding planner) and he was telling her how he visualized sofas in the room and butler passed coffee and tea service. He went the extra mile and paid attention to the little details that make these events so special. He is so awesome! Jermane said he felt as he was part of our family!
To the reception desk team! All I can say is WOW! Pierre, Marsha, Lauren, Adrienne, Tracy, and Donel you all make the experience phenomenal! I was literally floating on air because of you all. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all you do!
This experience was so breathtaking! Your team is so amazing I wanted to come work for you! That says a lot! The feeling you left me and my family with is like a drug, you want it over and over again! I hope you all make every bride, groom and their families feel the way I did!

Dear Gillian,
Thank you for orchestrating such a beautiful event. You always made us feel special and important. As the mother of the bride, my husband and I are so proud of the way everything went on our daughter wedding day. Lashone and Alonzo are still talking about how special they felt on their special day. The staff was a big part of that, from the front desk to the banquet staff, everyone was very helpful. Mohamed and the banquet team catered to our every need in such a pleasant way. No matter what we asked of them, we were never told no. They went above and beyond to ensure that the event well.
In regards to the food, the meal tasted just as good as when we were at the tasting.Not only were our guests pleased with the meal, they were very appreciative of the venue and the view of the Atlanta skyline. Please know that we are very appreciative of the efforts of the staff at the Crown Plaza Atlanta Midtown and we would recommend the sky ballroom for anyone who is hosting a social event.

We highly recommend the SKY Room to anyone looking for an “open, in the round” setting with scenic Atlanta skyline views. Landmarks such as Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Bobby Dodd Stadium, The Varsity, and the Fox Theatre can all be seen and create an intimate backdrop when lit up at night. The SKY Room is ideal for out-of-town guests and locals as well. Located on the top floor of the hotel and within walking distance from a MARTA station, it is a one-stop shop for anyone who doesn’t want to navigate downtown traffic.
Plus, the atmosphere and exclusivity make it feel less like you’re at a hotel and more like you’re actually attending a party in a private event space.
